Clinical

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Sutton, MA Full-time

Lead assessment, treatment planning, and supervision of ABA programs. Conduct initial assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise RBTs in implementing evidence-based interventions.

  • Requirements: Master's degree in behavior analysis or related field, BCBA certification, minimum 2 years experience
  • Responsibilities: Assessment, treatment planning, supervision, parent training, progress monitoring
Direct Care

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Sutton, MA Full-time/Part-time

Implement ABA therapy directly with children under BCBA supervision. Collect data, implement behavior intervention plans, and provide direct services in various settings.

  • Requirements: High school diploma, RBT certification (or willing to obtain), experience working with children
  • Responsibilities: Direct therapy implementation, data collection, behavior intervention, collaboration with families
