About the Position

Key Responsibilities
- Implement evidence-based ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
- Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions
- Collaborate with families to develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in team meetings and professional development
- Ensure compliance with BACB Ethics Code and company policies
Qualifications & Requirements
- Relevant degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field
- Current certification/license as required for position
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
- Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to evidence-based, ethical practice
- Ability to work effectively with diverse families and cultures
