About the Position

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement evidence-based ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
  • Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions
  • Collaborate with families to develop individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development
  • Ensure compliance with BACB Ethics Code and company policies

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Relevant degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field
  • Current certification/license as required for position
  • Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
  • Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis principles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to evidence-based, ethical practice
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse families and cultures
